Key Responsibilities- Provide occupational therapy evaluation and treatment services to patients within a Long-Term Acute Care Hospital (LTACH) setting
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to restore or improve patients' functional abilities and independence
- Document patient progress, treatment plans, and outcomes using the facility's electronic medical records system
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams to coordinate patient care and discharge planning
- Maintain compliance with facility policies, regulatory standards, and professional practice guidelines
Required Qualifications- Active Occupational Therapist (OT) license valid in the state of California
- Minimum of 1 year of occupational therapy experience
- Experience in an acute care setting
- Ability to work independently within a fast-paced clinical environment
Preferred Experience / Skills- Prior experience in a Long-Term Acute Care Hospital (LTACH) environment
- Familiarity with ProTouch electronic medical records (EMR) system
- Previous travel therapy assignment experience
