Key Responsibilities- Provide occupational therapy evaluation and treatment services to patients
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on patient needs and goals
- Monitor and document patient progress throughout the course of treatment
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary care team members to ensure coordinated patient care
- Adhere to all facility policies, procedures, and compliance requirements including wearing a photo badge and presenting valid state or federal issued identification
Required Qualifications- Current and valid Occupational Therapist licensure in the state of Massachusetts
- Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy program
- Valid state or federal issued photo identification required
- Ability to fulfill a 13-week contract commitment with a 35-hour weekly guarantee
Preferred Experience / Skills- Prior experience in a similar clinical or facility-based setting
- Strong documentation and communication skills
