Contract | 13 Weeks | Days | Monday – Friday | Onsite
Key Responsibilities
- Provide occupational therapy evaluations and treatments to assigned patients
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on patient needs and goals
- Document patient progress and maintain accurate clinical records in accordance with facility standards
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to coordinate patient care
- Must present a valid state or federal issued photo ID upon arrival at the facility and wear a photo badge at all times while on site
Required Qualifications
- Active Occupational Therapist (OT) license in the state of Massachusetts
- Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy program
- 35-hour weekly guarantee with availability Monday through Friday
- Valid state or federal issued identification required
Preferred Experience / Skills
- Prior experience in a contract or registry staffing setting
- Strong documentation and communication skills
