Schedule / Job TypeContract | Days | Monday through Friday | 13-Week Assignment
Key Responsibilities- Evaluate patients and develop individualized occupational therapy treatment plans
- Implement therapeutic interventions to improve patients' functional abilities and independence
- Monitor and document patient progress throughout the course of treatment
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams to coordinate patient care
- Maintain compliance with facility policies, including wearing a photo badge and presenting valid state or federal issued identification at all times
Required Qualifications- Valid Occupational Therapist licensure in the state of Massachusetts
- Degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program
- Current state or federal issued photo identification
- Ability to meet a 35-hour weekly guarantee
Preferred Experience / Skills- Prior experience in a contract or travel therapy setting
- Strong documentation and communication skills
