Key Responsibilities

• Provide occupational therapy evaluation and treatment services to patients in an acute care hospital setting
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans in accordance with physician orders and facility protocols
• Document patient progress, treatment plans, and outcomes in compliance with facility and regulatory standards
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams to coordinate patient care and discharge planning
• Rotate weekend and holiday coverage in accordance with facility scheduling policy

Required Qualifications

• Active Occupational Therapist licensure in the state of Florida (or compact eligibility)
• Minimum of 1 year of occupational therapy experience
• Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy program
• NBCOT certification required or eligible
• Ability to comply with facility scrub color and dress code policies

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Prior travel therapy experience in an acute care or hospital environment
• Familiarity with electronic medical records (EMR) systems used in large hospital settings
• Experience working within a high-volume, fast-paced inpatient setting
