Contract | Days (5x8 Hours, 7:00–15:00) | Onsite | Weekends required (~4 weekend days/month) | Block schedules required

Key Responsibilities

• Provide occupational therapy services within a 536-bed short-term acute care teaching hospital
• Float between units as needed across the facility
• Deliver patient evaluations and treatment interventions during day shift hours
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation using Epic charting system
• Commit to working 3 of 5 designated holidays (Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, New Year's Eve, New Year's Day)
• Complete required onboarding modules prior to and during orientation

Required Qualifications

• Active Oregon Occupational Therapist license required (compact license must be in hand at time of submission)
• Minimum 1 year of inpatient acute care hospital experience required — this is a hard-stop requirement
• Must be available for block scheduling and weekend shifts
• Must submit all RTO and scheduling requests upfront at time of submittal
• Must live at least 50 miles from the facility to be eligible as a traveler (locals accepted at a different rate)
• 2 professional references covering 1 year of experience within the last 3 years required prior to start

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Experience with Epic electronic health records system
• Familiarity with floating between units or sister facilities in a hospital system
• Experience in a teaching hospital environment
