Key Responsibilities

• Provide occupational therapy services across two facility locations on a shared schedule
• Evaluate and treat patients to improve functional independence and quality of life
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on patient needs and goals
• Document patient progress and maintain accurate clinical records in accordance with facility standards
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams to coordinate patient care

Required Qualifications

• Active Occupational Therapist (OT) licensure in the state of Washington
• Valid state or federal issued photo identification required
• Must comply with facility badging and identification requirements at all times while on-site
• Ability to work across multiple facility locations as part of a shared position

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Experience working in long-term care, skilled nursing, or veteran-focused care settings
• Familiarity with multi-site or shared staffing arrangements
