Key Responsibilities- Evaluate and treat patients per physician orders and referrals
- Develop, implement, and update individualized treatment and discharge plans
- Accurately and timely document all therapy services provided
- Supervise Certified Occupational Therapy Assistants (COTAs) in accordance with applicable practice acts and facility policies
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams and patient families to support coordinated care
- Maintain compliance with all applicable safety, state, and federal regulatory standards
Required Qualifications- Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy program (MOT or OTD)
- Active state Occupational Therapy license or ability to obtain prior to start
- Strong clinical assessment and treatment skills focused on improving independence in daily living
- Proficient documentation and communication skills
