Key Responsibilities- Evaluate patients to assess functional abilities and develop individualized treatment plans
- Provide occupational therapy interventions to improve patients' daily living and work skills
- Document patient progress and adjust treatment plans as clinically appropriate
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams to ensure coordinated patient care
- Educate patients and caregivers on therapeutic techniques and adaptive strategies
Required Qualifications- Current and valid Occupational Therapist licensure in the state of Illinois
- Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy program
- NBCOT certification required
- Ability to fulfill a 35-hour weekly guarantee
Preferred Experience / Skills- Previous experience in a contract or travel therapy setting
- Strong documentation and communication skills
