Key Responsibilities
- Provide occupational therapy services to patients in a skilled nursing facility (SNF) setting
- Evaluate and treat patients in accordance with established care plans and clinical standards
- Document patient progress and maintain accurate clinical records
- Float between worksites as operationally required
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams to support patient outcomes
Required Qualifications
- Active California Occupational Therapist license
- Minimum 1 year of experience in a skilled nursing facility (SNF) setting
- Ability to work 8-hour day shifts and float as needed
- Willingness to meet standard credentialing requirements
Preferred Experience / Skills
- Experience with Casamba documentation software highly preferred
- Strong adaptability and comfort working across multiple care settings
