Schedule / Job Type

Contract | Days | Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM (flexible); every 3rd weekend required; minor holidays as scheduled, major holidays as needed

Key Responsibilities

• Provide occupational therapy services to home-based patients within an assigned geographical region
• Evaluate and treat patients with diagnoses including orthopedic conditions, strokes, joint disorders, and spinal injuries
• Complete and maintain OASIS documentation in accordance with government requirements
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary therapy team including PT, OT, and Speech professionals
• Document patient care accurately using Cerner EMR
• Adhere to professional dress standards including business attire and white lab coat

Required Qualifications

• Active Occupational Therapist license in good standing
• Current BLS certification
• Minimum one year of experience as an Occupational Therapist
• Demonstrated experience with OASIS documentation
• Proficiency or ability to work within Cerner EMR

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Prior experience in a home health care setting
• Familiarity working within a multidisciplinary therapy team environment
