Key Responsibilities
- Evaluate and treat patients within an acute inpatient rehabilitation setting
- Develop and implement individualized physical therapy treatment plans based on patient needs and goals
- Monitor and document patient progress, adjusting treatment plans as clinically appropriate
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary rehabilitation team members to coordinate comprehensive patient care
- Educate patients and families on therapeutic exercises, home programs, and safe functional mobility
Required Qualifications
- Active Physical Therapist (PT) license in the state of Arizona
- Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program
- Current BLS/CPR certification
- Experience working in an acute inpatient rehabilitation or similar clinical setting
Preferred Experience / Skills
- Prior experience in acute inpatient rehabilitation
- Familiarity with interdisciplinary team care models
- Strong documentation and communication skills
