Key Responsibilities- Provide occupational therapy services to an adult patient population in a long-term acute care hospital (LTACH) setting
- Evaluate and treat patients with complex diagnoses including tracheostomy and ventilator dependence
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to maximize patient functional outcomes
- Document patient progress and clinical findings accurately using the facility's electronic health record system
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary rehabilitation and clinical teams to coordinate patient care
Required Qualifications- Active Washington State Occupational Therapist (OT) license in good standing
- Minimum of 1 year of occupational therapy experience
- Ability to work in a fast-paced acute care environment with medically complex patients
Preferred Experience / Skills- Experience working with patients on mechanical ventilators
- Background in acute care or LTACH settings
- Familiarity with tracheostomy care and ventilator-dependent patient populations
