Evaluate patients and develop individualized occupational therapy treatment plans
Provide therapeutic interventions to improve patients' functional abilities and independence
Document patient progress, treatment plans, and outcomes in accordance with facility standards
Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to coordinate patient care
Maintain valid state licensure and adhere to all facility compliance requirements, including wearing a photo badge and presenting valid state or federal issued identification at all times
Required Qualifications
Active Washington State Occupational Therapist license (or eligibility)
Valid state or federal issued photo identification required
Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy program
Current CPR/BLS certification
Preferred Experience / Skills
Prior experience in a contract or registry staffing capacity
Strong documentation and electronic health record skills
Ability to adapt quickly to new facility environments and protocols
