Key Responsibilities

• Provide occupational therapy services to patients across scheduled days including weekdays and weekends
• Conduct evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans to address patients' functional needs
• Implement therapeutic interventions to improve patients' daily living and functional skills
• Document patient progress, treatment plans, and outcomes in accordance with facility standards
• Wear a valid photo badge and present state or federal issued identification upon entry to the facility at all times

Required Qualifications

• Active and valid Occupational Therapist (OT) license in the state of Washington
• Current state or federal issued photo identification required
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including any day of the week (Sunday through Saturday)
• Compliance with all facility credentialing and registry personnel requirements

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Prior experience working in a contract or registry staffing capacity
• Strong documentation and time management skills
