Key Responsibilities- Provide occupational therapy services to an adult patient population within a Long-Term Acute Care Hospital (LTACH) rehabilitation setting
- Evaluate and treat patients with complex diagnoses including tracheostomy and ventilator dependency
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to maximize patient functional outcomes
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams to coordinate patient care and progress
- Document patient evaluations, treatment sessions, and progress accurately using the facility's electronic health record system
Required Qualifications- Active Washington State Occupational Therapist (OT) license
- Minimum of 1 year of occupational therapy experience
- Ability to work in a fast-paced LTACH or acute care environment
- Proficiency or ability to quickly learn electronic health record documentation
Preferred Experience / Skills- Experience working with patients on ventilators
- Acute care level occupational therapy experience
- Familiarity with tracheostomy and ventilator patient management
