Contract | Travel | Days | 13 Weeks | 32 Hours Weekly Guaranteed | Rotating Weekend Coverage

Key Responsibilities

• Provide occupational therapy services to an adult and geriatric inpatient population across a wide variety of diagnoses and treatment needs
• Collaborate with therapy team including COTAs within an inpatient department setting
• Float to the Acute Rehabilitation Unit (ARU) as required
• Document patient care accurately using the Cerner EHR system
• Participate in rotating weekend coverage as part of the department schedule

Required Qualifications

• Active Occupational Therapist (OT) license required per state licensure requirements
• Minimum 1 year of occupational therapy experience
• Strong time management skills and ability to manage a varied caseload
• Flexibility and ability to function as a team player in a fast-paced inpatient environment
• Must meet all education requirements per OT licensure standards

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Experience working with adult and geriatric patient populations in an inpatient setting
• Familiarity with Cerner electronic health records
• Adaptable personality with a willingness to learn and grow within the role
