Key Responsibilities

• Evaluate and treat patients in accordance with physician orders and referrals
• Develop, implement, and update individualized treatment and discharge plans
• Accurately and timely document all therapy services provided
• Supervise Certified Occupational Therapy Assistants (COTAs) in accordance with applicable practice acts and facility policies
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams and patient families to support patient goals
• Maintain compliance with all safety, state, and federal regulatory standards

Required Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy program (MOT or OTD)
• Active state Occupational Therapy license or ability to obtain prior to start
• Strong clinical assessment and treatment skills focused on improving independence in daily living
• Proficient documentation and communication skills
