Key Responsibilities
- Provide occupational therapy services to patients across assigned float coverage areas
- Evaluate patients and develop individualized treatment plans to support functional independence
- Implement therapeutic interventions aligned with each patient's goals and clinical needs
- Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation in accordance with facility standards
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams to coordinate patient care
- Adhere to all facility policies, including identification and badging requirements at all times
Required Qualifications
- Valid Occupational Therapist (OT) licensure in the state of Maryland
- Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy program
- Current state or federally issued photo identification required on-site at all times
- Ability to fulfill a 35-hour weekly guarantee within a Monday through Friday schedule
Preferred Experience / Skills
- Prior experience in a float or registry staffing capacity across multiple units or departments
- Familiarity with long-term care or rehabilitation facility environments
