Travel Occupational Therapist (OT) in Silverton, ID

Key Responsibilities Conduct comprehensive occupational therapy evaluations. Develop and implement individualized plans of care. Provide interventions to improve activities of daily living, strength, coordination, mobility, and cognitive functioning. Recommend adaptive equipment and train residents in its safe use. Educate residents, caregivers, and staff on treatment plans and safety strategies. Collaborate with nursing, therapy, physicians, families, and the interdisciplinary care team. Participate in care conferences and discharge planning. Complete accurate and timely clinical documentation. Ensure services comply with applicable policies and state and federal regulations. Qualifications Degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program. Current or eligible Idaho Occupational Therapist license. Current CPR/BLS certification. Skilled nursing or long-term care experience preferred. Strong communication, documentation, and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
