Key Responsibilities

• Contribute professional and clinical knowledge and skills in the provision and management of care to patients within an outpatient setting
• Function as an active member of the interdisciplinary care team to support patient outcomes
• Provide occupational therapy services to a patient population primarily aged 55 and older
• Document patient care accurately and in a timely manner using the EPIC electronic medical records system
• Float within the same discipline across local campuses as needed

Required Qualifications

• Active Iowa state Occupational Therapist license required
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification through the American Heart Association required
• Child and Adult Abuse Mandatory Reporter certification required
• Proficiency with EPIC EMR required
• Valid driver's license required
• Must maintain a taxable address located more than 50 miles from the facility

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Previous travel therapy experience welcomed; first-time travelers are encouraged to apply
• Experience working with geriatric or older adult patient populations
