Key Responsibilities

• Provide occupational therapy services to home health patients across primary service areas including Clark, Edgar, Effingham, Champaign, and Madison Counties
• Treat approximately 8 patients per day, with a productivity expectation of a minimum of 6.5 points per hour, typically including 3–4 evaluations
• Manage and self-schedule daily patient visits with flexibility to adjust visit order as needed
• Work with a predominantly post-acute patient population
• Provide supervision to one COTA as part of the therapy team
• Maintain current CPR certification in compliance with department requirements

Required Qualifications

• Active Occupational Therapist (OT) license — must be in hand at time of submission
• CPR certification required
• Home health experience is required
• Experience with Home Care Home Base (HCHB) software is required

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Experience treating post-acute patient populations
• Experience supervising COTAs or rehabilitation aides
• Strong self-management and independent scheduling skills
