Key Responsibilities- Provide occupational therapy services to primarily post-acute patients in a home care setting across assigned service areas including Clark, Champaign, Madison, Edgar, and Effingham Counties
- Manage a caseload of approximately 8 patients per day, including conducting 3–4 evaluations per day as needed
- Meet hourly productivity expectations of a minimum of 6.5 points per hour
- Self-manage and schedule daily patient visits with flexibility to adjust visit order as needed
- Provide clinical supervision to a COTA as required
Required Qualifications- Active Occupational Therapist (OT) licensure in good standing
- Current CPR/BLS certification
- Prior home health experience is required
- Experience with Home Care Home Base (HCHB) documentation system is required
Preferred Experience / Skills- Experience working with post-acute patient populations
- Prior experience supervising a COTA in a home health environment
