Contract | 13-Week Assignment | Full-Time | Onsite | Days (4x10-Hour Shifts, 8:00–18:30) | Monday–Thursday or Tuesday–Friday | No Weekends

Key Responsibilities

• Provide occupational therapy services to a pediatric and adolescent patient population
• Conduct evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans appropriate to patient needs
• Deliver up to 9 patient visits per day utilizing standard OT equipment and evidence-based interventions
• Document all patient care and progress accurately using the EPIC electronic health records system
• Collaborate with the interdisciplinary care team to support patient outcomes and discharge planning

Required Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year of occupational therapy experience
• Active New Jersey state OT license (candidates at the end of the NJ licensure process may be considered)
• Current BLS certification at time of submission
• Demonstrated experience with the EPIC charting system
• Ability to commit to the agreed-upon schedule for the full duration of the 13-week contract

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Background specifically in pediatric occupational therapy
• Experience working in a travel or contract therapy setting
