    Occupational Therapist - Skilled/LTC

    Location

    Schedule / Job Type

    Contract | Days | Onsite | Skilled Nursing / Long-Term Care Setting

    Key Responsibilities
    • Evaluate patients' functional abilities and develop individualized treatment plans
    • Provide hands-on occupational therapy in accordance with physician orders and facility protocols
    • Document patient progress and maintain accurate treatment records
    • Collaborate with physical therapists, speech-language pathologists, nurses, and other healthcare professionals
    • Educate patients, families, and caregivers on techniques to support continued care and safety
    • Ensure compliance with all applicable state and federal regulations
    Required Qualifications
    • Current Occupational Therapist license in the state of Washington
    • Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy program
    • BLS certification
    • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
    • Ability to work both independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team
    Preferred Experience / Skills
    • Experience working in a skilled nursing or long-term care environment
    • Comfort working with a high volume of skilled patients
