Occupational Therapist – Travel Contract

Key Responsibilities

• Provide direct occupational therapy services to patients in a clinical setting
• Evaluate patient needs and develop individualized treatment plans
• Implement therapeutic interventions to improve patients' functional abilities and quality of life
• Document patient progress, treatment plans, and outcomes in accordance with facility and regulatory standards
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams to coordinate patient care

Required Qualifications

• Active and valid Occupational Therapist licensure in the state of Kentucky (or eligibility to obtain)
• Minimum of 2 years of occupational therapy experience
• Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy program
• NBCOT certification required or eligible

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Prior travel therapy experience in a clinical or rehabilitation setting
• Ability to quickly acclimate to new environments and workflows with minimal onboarding time
