Your Responsibilities:

Assist in evaluating and treating patients under the supervision of an Occupational Therapist
Implement individualized treatment plans to improve independence and daily living skills
Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and therapy teams for optimal patient outcomes
Maintain accurate clinical documentation in accordance with regulations
Educate patients, families, and caregivers on therapy techniques and progress
Participate in interdisciplinary meetings and discharge planning

Requirements:

Active Maryland Occupational Therapy Assistant license (or eligibility to obtain)
Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Occupational Therapy Assistant from an accredited program
Strong communication, assessment, and treatment skills
Previous clinical or rehabilitation experience preferred
