Key Responsibilities- Evaluate patients to assess functional abilities and develop individualized treatment plans
- Provide occupational therapy interventions to improve patients' daily living and functional skills
- Document patient progress, treatment plans, and outcomes in accordance with facility standards
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams to coordinate patient care
- Educate patients and families on therapeutic techniques and home exercise programs
Required Qualifications- Active Occupational Therapist (OT) license in good standing
- Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy program
- NBCOT certification required
- Ability to meet a minimum guaranteed hours commitment of 30 hours per week
Preferred Experience / Skills- Previous experience in a similar clinical setting
- Strong documentation and communication skills
