Key Responsibilities- Provide occupational therapy services in an outpatient rehabilitation setting, serving a primarily pediatric patient population with some adult patients
- Maintain a 1:1 patient ratio, delivering individualized evaluation and treatment plans
- Document patient care accurately and efficiently using EPIC electronic health records
- Float as needed to med/surg, inpatient rehab, and acute care departments
- Adhere to facility dress code standards; scrubs in any color are acceptable (no jeans or ripped clothing)
Required Qualifications- Active Occupational Therapist (OT) licensure in the state of Missouri
- Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
- Minimum of 1 year of occupational therapy experience
- Proficiency or ability to work within EPIC electronic health records system
- Ability and willingness to float to med/surg, inpatient rehab, and acute care settings as needed
Preferred Experience / Skills- Experience working with pediatric patient populations
- Prior travel therapy or multi-setting clinical experience
