Your Responsibilities:
Evaluate patients and develop individualized occupational therapy treatment plans
Implement therapeutic techniques to improve mobility, strength, and daily living skills
Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and other therapists to deliver quality care
Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation
Educate patients and families on exercises, safety, and progress
Participate in discharge planning and interdisciplinary team meetings
Requirements:
Active Virginia Occupational Therapist license (or eligibility to obtain)
Master's or Doctorate degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program
Strong interpersonal, assessment, and treatment planning skills
Previous experience in a rehabilitation or clinical setting preferred
