Key Responsibilities

• Evaluate and treat patients per physician orders and referrals
• Develop, implement, and update individualized treatment and discharge plans
• Document therapy services accurately and in a timely manner
• Supervise Certified Occupational Therapy Assistants (COTAs) in accordance with state practice acts and facility policies
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams and patient families to support patient progress
• Maintain compliance with all applicable safety and regulatory standards

Required Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy program (MOT or OTD)
• Active state Occupational Therapy license or ability to obtain prior to start
• Strong clinical assessment and treatment skills
• Proficient documentation and communication skills

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Prior experience in a rehabilitation or skilled nursing facility setting
• Experience supervising COTAs or therapy support staff
