Assignment Details:

• Location: Pleasant , CA

• Duration: 13 Weeks

Position Summary:
The Occupational Therapist will deliver skilled therapy services following physician orders and facility standards. You will assess patients, design personalized treatment and discharge plans, and help individuals improve their independence in daily living activities.

Responsibilities:
• Evaluate and treat patients per physician referrals
• Develop and revise individualized treatment and discharge plans
• Accurately document therapy services in a timely manner
• Supervise COTAs in accordance with state and facility guidelines
• Work collaboratively with an interdisciplinary healthcare team
• Maintain compliance with all safety, regulatory, and ethical standards

Qualifications:
• Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy program (MOT/OTD)
• Active California OT license (or ability to obtain)
• Excellent clinical and communication skills
• Prior experience preferred — new grads are welcome to apply
