Job Summary:
Occupational Therapist Outpatient in Oklahoma. This position involves screening, evaluating, and developing treatment plans for patients with cognitive and Activities of Daily Living (ADL) physical functioning disorders. The therapist provides skilled, rehabilitative, and medically necessary interventions, utilizing standardized assessments and evidence-based practices to support clinical care and improve patient outcomes.

Job Details:

• Shift: Days, 8 hours per day, minimum of 40 hours weekly
• Required Qualifications: Valid active Occupational Therapist (OT) license, 1+ years of occupational therapy experience, outpatient setting experience, and a skills checklist completed within the last year
• Preferred Qualifications: None specified
• Additional Information: Responsible for administering various procedures as part of the rehabilitation plan, assessing patient progress, modifying interventions, and documenting services in compliance with regulatory and clinical requirements. Participates in team meetings, trainings, and maintains patient records according to policy. Supervises less experienced staff, aides, or students as applicable and adheres to practice acts and ethical standards for occupational therapy.
