Travel Occupational Therapist - School (OT) - $1,782 per week in Algonquin, IL

Students in both programs: 1. GenEd - Co-taught 2. Self-Contained (Strategy Education and SNAP) IEP Caseload (40) 504 Caseload (25 Consult) Approximately 40 students (6th through 8th grade), 17 of which are in our self contained classrooms. 8 of our students are due for their 3 year re-evaluation. Our students outside of the self-contained programs are seen approximately 20-30 minutes a week, our students in the self-contained program are seen approximately 30-60 minutes a week. There are an additional 10 students that we offer 5 minutes/week of consultation to staff. There are some students who also receive consultation through their 504 plan, but no direct minutes There is another OT scheduled in the building who works part time. 1 off campus placement student (180 minutes/month) Location: Easterseals Machesney Park 8301 Mitchell Road Machesney Park, IL 61115
