Home Health OT 1220 Concord Avenue Concord CA 94520 Area: Near Concord Central location - flex to Walnut Creek east/ West HCHB 1-2 yrs experience required Mileage: $0.70 Hours: 36-40 hours, M-F Home to first patient no travel time but mileage over 20 miles reportable for billing Last patient to home no travel time but mileage over 20 miles reportable for billing We can offer 40 hours guarantee but we need to ensure the PT understands what this means we need them to see at least 30 points a week and to actively manage their caseload. They will have the home office to help! If a patient cancels for today, for example, schedule them into the next day but call the patients for tomorrow or the day after that to see if they d like to meet with you today to backfill that slot that cancelled. Even if a person gets 30 points earlier in the week, they should seek out more patients or complete their documentation (or both) to fill up that time productively.
