Job Summary:
- Position: Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) or Occupational Therapist (OT)
- Location: Sunnyvale, CA
- Assignment Length: 13 weeks
- Start Date: ASAP
- Responsibilities:
- Provide occupational therapy services to patients as directed
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized care plans
- Document patient progress and maintain accurate records
- Assist patients in improving daily living and work skills
- Communicate with patients, families, and staff regarding therapy goals and progress
- Work Setting: May include hospitals, clinics, rehabilitation centers, or other healthcare facilities
- Qualifications:
- Active COTA or OT license in the state of California
- Relevant experience preferred
- Strong communication and organizational skills
