Job Details
Certifications: Valid state license as an Occupational Therapist (OT), with a minimum of 2 years of experience in a Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF).
Education Requirements: Degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program.
Location Requirements: Candidates must be authorized to work in the state of Hawaii.
Experience Requirements: At least 2 years of experience in SNF settings.
Schedule: Dayshift, 8 hours per day, minimum of 40 hours per week.
EMR Type: PointClickCare.
Additional Information: The OT will deliver patient assessments, develop and implement treatment plans, and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to optimize patient outcomes. The role involves direct patient care and documentation compliance.
