Required Qualifications: Bachelors or higher-level degree in Occupational Therapy; current state licensure or eligibility; at least 1 year of experience as an Occupational Therapist in a skilled nursing facility or similar setting
Preferred Qualifications: Certification in a specialty relevant to outpatient or SNF care, previous outpatient or SNF experience preferred
