Job Summary:
Occupational Therapist (OT) specializing in Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) in Sioux City, Iowa. This position involves working as part of an interdisciplinary team to provide clinical care to patients aged 55 and older. The role may require floating within the same discipline across local campuses to ensure comprehensive patient care.

Job Details:

  • Schedule: Day shift, 8 hours per day, minimum of 40 hours per week
  • Required Qualifications: Iowa state license, BLS certification, drivers license, work history/resume, skills checklist completed within 1 year, license verification, copy of certifications, supervisory reference at submission, and mandatory reporting of child and adult abuse. First-time travelers and those without previous experience accepted; Epic EMR experience required.
  • Additional Information: Candidate must have a taxable address outside of 50 miles from the facility, or within a 10% rate reduction if residing in Madison, Sioux City, Bettendorf, or Fort Dodge. The assignment begins on 08/24/2026.
