What You’ll Do:
• Evaluate residents’ functional abilities and limitations
• Develop individualized occupational therapy treatment plans
• Help residents improve activities of daily living
• Address strength, coordination, balance and functional mobility
• Recommend adaptive equipment and environmental modifications
• Educate residents, families and caregivers
• Complete timely evaluations, progress notes and discharge documentation
• Collaborate with nursing, rehabilitation and interdisciplinary teams
• Participate in care planning and discharge preparation

The Right Candidate:
• Holds an active Idaho Occupational Therapist license or has a pending license
• Has recent LTC, SNF or rehabilitation experience
• Can manage treatment planning and clinical documentation
• Works effectively with adult and geriatric populations
• Is dependable, collaborative and patient-focused
