Schedule: Days shift, 8 hours per day, minimum of 40 hours per week
Required Qualifications: Valid state licensure as an Occupational Therapist Assistant (OT), current CPR certification aligned with American Heart Association (AHA) standards, minimum of 3 years of experience, resident with legal work authorization in the United States, diploma or degree in Occupational Therapy Assistance, location in California or willing to commute to Elk Grove
Preferred Qualifications: Experience working in skilled nursing facilities, familiarity with electronic health records systems, CPR certification from the American Heart Association (AHA) or equivalent, additional certifications in specialty therapy areas are a plus
Additional Information: The role requires adherence to facility policies and Standard Operating Procedures (SOP). Team collaboration and excellent communication skills are essential. The candidate should be able to work independently within a multidisciplinary team.
