Requirements:

• Active California RN License required at submission — no pending/temp license
• 3+ years RN experience; at least 1 year Oncology experience required
• 5+ years preferred
• Epic experience required
• BLS, ACLS, PALS
• ONS/ONCC Chemo Certification required
• OCN preferred
• Flu vaccine required — no exemptions/declinations
• 2 supervisor-or-higher references from the past 1 year required at submission
• Must be flexible — no scheduling requests can be accommodated

• Oncology/Urology clinic experience
• Chemotherapy and IV infusions
• Venipuncture/phlebotomy
• Medication administration and reconciliation
• Patient teaching and telephone triage
• Foley catheter management
