Key Responsibilities

Provide direct patient care within an outpatient oncology clinic setting, partnered with a specific tumor group
See patients for scheduled exams on designated days of the week as part of a structured clinic model
Float among clinic locations within your skillset as needed based on census and staffing
Document patient care accurately and efficiently using the EPIC charting system
Adhere to assigned patient ratios, which may vary based on patient acuity when floating

Required Qualifications

Active New Jersey RN license or valid Compact license required at time of submission
Minimum of 1 year of outpatient oncology experience required
Current BLS certification required at time of submission
Proficiency with EPIC electronic health record system
Ability to float within skillset; floating is required with no exceptions

Preferred Experience / Skills

Ambulatory care experience preferred
