**Join Our Dynamic BMT ICU Team in Dallas!** **Job Description:** - **Unit Location:** 7ES, 7777 Forest Lane, Dallas, Texas, 75230 - **Unit Overview:** - 10-bed Oncology ICU - 4 dedicated staff members - **Staffing Structure:** - Day Shift: 1 Charge Nurse, RNs as per census - Night Shift: 1 Charge Nurse, RNs as per census - **Patient Ratios:** 2:1 - **Equipment:** - Ventilators - CRRT - A-line - BiPAP - Flow-track - IV Pumps - **EMR System:** Meditech **Ideal Candidate Profile:** - **Essential Skills:** - Strong ICU experience - Proficient in titrating drips - Experienced with patients on ventilators - Skilled in handling BiPAP patients - **Preferred Skills:** - CRRT experience - Transplant experience (Kidney, Pancreas, Liver) **Typical Procedures:** - Comprehensive care for critically ill patients - Total care: - Turning - Titrating drips - Dressing changes - Tracheostomy care **Personality Fit:** - Compassionate - Team player - Excellent rapport with physicians **Certifications Required:** - ACLS - BLS **Floating Areas:** - All ICUs, PCU, BMT **Dress Code:** - Blue scrubs **Unit Guidelines/Policies:** - Report at 0645/1845 - Clock in/out for lunch - Total care of critically ill patients **Weekends & On Call:** - Rotating weekends **Why Catalytic Solutions (CatSol):** At CatSol, we connect dedicated therapists with rewarding assignments across the country.
