Job Summary

Cuready Healthcare Staffing is seeking a qualified RN - Oncology to support patient care and clinical operations within healthcare facilities. The ideal candidate will deliver safe, high-quality care while collaborating with interdisciplinary care teams and maintaining compliance with facility policies and professional standards.

Responsibilities

• Provide care in the medical/surgical oncology unit, administering chemotherapy and blood products.
• Float between various units as required to maintain effective patient care.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure best patient outcomes.
• Conduct assessments and document patient information using Cerner EMR.
• Adhere to facility policies, including compliance with dress code in navy blue scrubs.
• Mentor and guide staff as needed to deliver excellent oncology care.

Qualifications

• Current RN licensure in the state of Indiana.
• Valid ACLS and BLS certifications.
• Minimum of 2 years RN experience, oncology preferred.
• Ability to obtain chemo/bio certification within one year of employment.
• Proficiency with Cerner EMR system.
• Ability to float to other units and work every other weekend.
