Schedule / Job Type

Key Responsibilities

Provide direct patient care on a medical/surgical oncology unit with 24 beds
Administer chemotherapy and biological agents in accordance with facility protocols
Administer blood products and monitor patients for adverse reactions
Float to other units as required based on staffing and census needs
Document patient care accurately and in a timely manner using Cerner EMR

Required Qualifications

Active Registered Nurse (RN) licensure in the state of Indiana
Current ACLS certification
Current BLS certification
Minimum 2 years of RN experience
Must reside more than 50 miles from the facility – local candidates are not accepted
Must submit a valid driver's license and permanent home address matching ID at time of submission

Preferred Experience / Skills

Oncology nursing background strongly preferred
Experience with Cerner EMR
Chemo/biotherapy certification (or willingness to obtain within one year of placement)
