Requirements
  • ONS Chemo Certification
  • Experience in MS oncology and inpatient hematology oncology
  • Minimum of 2 years nursing experience
  • COVID-19 Vaccine: Not Required
  • ACLS Certification
  • Familiarity with EPIC charting system
  • NIHSS Certification
  • BLS Certification
  • Flu Vaccine: Required - Medical Exemptions Only
