Description

American Traveler is hiring an experienced Oncology RN with chemotherapy administration skills and prior travel experience for a day-shift outpatient clinic role.

Details

• Outpatient oncology clinic setting seeing Head and Neck and Genitourinary cancer patients
• Day shift schedule, 4x10-hour shifts
• Clinic hours span Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM–8:00 PM with shift options such as 8:00 AM–6:00 PM, 9:00 AM–7:00 PM, or 10:00 AM–8:00 PM
• No weekend shifts required
• No on-call responsibilities
• Floating required

Requirements

• Active MA RN license required
• BSN required
• BLS certification required
• ONS and ACLS certifications preferred
• Minimum 2 years of oncology nursing experience required
• Previous travel nursing experience required
• Must be able to administer chemotherapy and start IVs
• Strong IV skills required
• Epic EMR experience preferred
• COVID vaccination plus booster required with no exemptions

Additional Information

• Provide oncology nursing care within a Genitourinary & Head and Neck Center
• No holiday coverage required
• Open to travel pairs
• Strong oncology and outpatient clinic experience preferred to allow candidates to step in quickly and support the team
