**Join Our Team as a Registered Nurse in Oncology!** **Job Description:** - As a Registered Nurse, you'll play a vital role in evaluating patients and assisting physicians with comprehensive patient care. - Showcase your expertise by planning, implementing, and documenting personalized nursing care that meets the unique needs of each patient. - Identify patient needs through thorough assessment, planning, intervention, and evaluation. - Develop, coordinate, and implement individualized care plans through ongoing assessments to ensure the best outcomes for your patients. - Initiate assessments based on the patient's specific problems or needs, following the physician’s medical diagnosis and the functional health framework. - Perform therapeutic nursing interventions that truly make a difference. - Manage care effectively for a diverse patient population. - Document care meticulously, adhering to established standards, patient acuity, and clinical priorities. - Advocate for evidence-based practice standards, supporting the adoption of innovative care delivery methods. - Provide patient-centric care in line with our professional nursing practice model. - Embrace additional duties and responsibilities as assigned, contributing to our dynamic healthcare team. **Required Skills & Experience:** - 2 years of experience in acute adult oncology, specializing in leukemia and lymphoma in an inpatient setting. - Proficient in IV insertion, phlebotomy, and basic nursing skills. **Education:** - Required: ASN. - Preferred: BSN. **Certifications & Licensure:** - Required: BLS - AHA, NJ State Professional Registered Nurse license or multi-state compact license. - Required: ACLS, Chemo Certification. **Schedule:** - Work in Oncology / MS Tele from 7:00 PM - 7:30 AM with 3 shifts per week. - Weekends and holidays required as needed. - No on-call requirement, but floating within units may be necessary. **Why Catalytic Solutions (CatSol):** At CatSol, we connect dedicated therapists with rewarding assignments across the country.
