**Exciting Opportunity for an Oncology RN – Days Shift!** **Job Description:** - Join our dynamic team as an Oncology RN and make a meaningful impact in the lives of patients! - Work a consistent schedule with **5 days** of **8-hour shifts**. - No weekends or on-call requirements, allowing for a balanced work-life! **Key Responsibilities:** - Deliver exceptional nursing care using the nursing process: assessment, diagnosis, planning, intervention, and evaluation. - Address the complex psychological, emotional, cultural, and social needs of patients and their families. - Administer medications and treatments following protocols, monitoring for side effects and effectiveness. - Accurately document patient history, symptoms, medications, and care provided. - Assess patients' learning needs and educate them, their family members, and caregivers on care plans and resources. **Job Requirements:** - Bachelor of Science Degree in Nursing preferred. - 1 year of experience in related nursing specialties preferred. - Current BLS certification required. - Valid RN license in the state of employment or compact. **Why Catalytic Solutions (CatSol):** At CatSol, we connect dedicated therapists with rewarding assignments across the country.
