Job Details:
**Required Experience and Qualifications:** - Minimum of 1 year of experience required - First-time candidates accepted - Must pass Relias EKG exam and interpretation/management of Dysrhythmias - Must have ACLS and BLS certifications - BSN preferred **Special Skills:** - Accessing/managing ports - Administration of blood products - Care and management of ports - Central Line/Implanted Line Care - Infusion pump management - Interpretation of dysrhythmias - Starting and maintaining IVs - Feeding tube care and management **Experience with Oncology:** - Inpatient oncology - Administration of chemotherapy preferred - Experience with BMT, Breast Cancer, Lung Cancer, Pancreatic Cancer preferred - Monitoring chemotherapy **Unit Details:** - Patient ratios: 1:4-5; 1:3 BMT for all shifts - Will float within service line **Licensure:** - MO: Submissions accepted without license; must acquire MO or compact license - IL: License in hand required at time of submission - Compact license must match permanent residence **Other Requirements:** - Fluent in Navy Blue scrubs - No local candidates accepted within a 75-mile radius - Flu vaccine required; medical/religious exemptions only - Ensure compliance by the deadline at 3 pm CST the Monday before the initial start date Candidates must be willing to meet RTO restrictions and ensure compliance to avoid delays in starting the assignment.
